Cleaning For REO’L was founded in Cobb county, Georgia by three former co-workers who found themselves unemployed as a result of the economic hardship facing our country. They took their job loss as an opportunity to fulfill a growing need in the marketplace; the need to beautify our deteriorating communities while assisting investors by restoring their investments in an effort to accelerate the sale of their property.

The Owners

Charles Scott is a custom home designer who possesses the ability to take the visions and ideas of his clients and transform them into the home of their dreams.   As the owner of a residential design company, Charles offers business skills and over 20 years of residential construction and design experience.

Lucinda Porter has over 20 years of management, administrative and customer relations experience which is vital in helping to organize the business and in developing relations with clients.

James Bartell earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from Southern College of Technology (known today as Southern Polytechnic State University). James has over 20 years experience and has diversified himself by learning and working for various metro Atlanta-based companies in Residential Design, Construction and some Commercial Design before starting his own Residential Design business in 2007.  His experience also includes construction administration and inspections, quality control and meeting with county planning review boards for permitting.
