1.  What area do you service?

Currently we service the Cobb, Paulding and Douglas county areas.  Please contact us at 404-551-4537 as we are in the process of expanding to other areas.

2.  Do you offer free estimates?

We will provide a free estimate upon a thorough review of your property. Your estimate is good for 30 days.

3.  When are you available to evaluate my property?

We will schedule a visit to your location within 48 hours of your request.

4.  Do you give estimates over the phone?
We do not give estimates over the phone as a thorough review of the property is necessary in order to provide accurate prices.

5.  How do you determine your rates?
Our prices are determined by the variety and intensity of the tasks to be performed.

6.  What payment types do you accept? 
C.F.R. accepts most forms of payments such as cash, credit or debit cards (Visa and Master Cards) and money orders.  Final payment in full is due at the completion of services.

7.  What type of discounts or specials do you offer?
When you purchase one or more of our services, we offer you up to a dozen  FREE  digital before and after photos of your property.(sent via e-mail) Various discounts are offered periodically throughout the year, so call us at 404-551-4537 today to find out how to save on our services!

8.  What does trash-out or debris removal include?
C.F.R. removes most non-hazardous items including: interior and exterior trash and debris such as appliances, refrigerators and freezers, mattresses, sofas, washers and dryers, garage and attic junk, furniture, loose boxes, tires construction material, renovation debris, yard waste, firewood, old timber, construction timber, branches, abandoned vehicles etc. We aren’t limited to these items only. C.F.R. will work with you to get your property ready for resale!! 

9.  Do you work with the city authorities to stop code abatement violations?
We can work with the local city authorities to prevent, arrest and stop code abatement charges.

10. Do you evict?
 C.F.R. is primarily a cleaning and restoration service.  We do not assume the liability of evicting former residents or removing intruders from the property.
